Product Instruction
Vegetable blancher is widely used in pasteurization of flexible packaging, sterilization such as soy products, low-temperature meat products, pickled foods, blanching of fruits and vegetables, pre-cooking of fresh corn, pasteurization of glass bottles, tinplate cans and turnover boxes. It can blanching various vegetables, fruits and meats. It is an essential equipment for pasteurization and food cooking, is also an indispensable equipment for quick freezing, drying, dehydration, freeze-drying, peeling and other deep processing pretreatments.
Working Principle
Vegetable blanching machine is also called pasteurizer machine.Pasteurization is to heat sterilized materials to the most suitable temperature (that is, kill germs at maximum extent and ensure sterilized materials do not deteriorate), or to put sterilized materials into sterilizing water at the most suitable temperature for a certain period of time to achieve purpose of sterilization.
The packaged products are placed on speed-adjustable stainless steel mesh belt, enter the sterilization box in sequence under action of the conveyor belt. After sterilization with "high-temperature water as the medium", they are then brought into cooling box by conveyor belt for uniform cooling. Thereby meeting product sterilization requirements. This series equipment operates continuously, sterilized packaging products are continuously sent to the next production process.
